Hi! I’m going to start this post with a little disclaimer – I’m actually writing this on October 30th, having been in New York and then jet lagged for the past few days! The day I was supposed to post this I was at work and trying to finish some homework and I thought this might be a cool idea for a blog post; so here we go, my first study with me post.
Although it’s not shown in my photos, I was revising geography as well as English language (which you can see). In geography, we’re studying hazards so I was revising this topic for an upcoming test, taking particular care on the tropical storm section as there are a lot of facts that are fundamental to understanding the topic really. The way I like to revise for geography (and most subjects to be honest) is read through my notes or textbook, then summarise what I’ve just read on to a flash card, using different colours (I don’t know why but I just like everything to be really colourful!)
My homework for English Language was to annotate and analyse a Guardian extract, which was on the very cheery topic of somebody falling into a cement mixer… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ again, I used my fineliners for this, because what’s school work without funky pens?
