06.10 – easy ways to feel good

  • Dance like crazy to some of your favourite childhood songs
  • Paint your nails in a funky colour
  • Do a quick, intense workout
  • Throw lots of paint at a large piece of paper and see how it turns out (it’ll look really cool, I promise)
  • Eat a salad and try to enjoy it
  • Learn some funny (or not so funny) jokes and tell them whenever possible
  • Compliment people!
  • Stroke a cat (dogs are also acceptable)
  • Have a mini shopping spree
